The Bakery & Cafe have been in business since 1994. Evolving from a bakery & cafe whose first seat was a bench seat out of a mini van in a charming but tired old house.To a multi~level restaurant with 2 terraces & 2500 square foot bakery in a brand new building. Our first flour purchase was a 10 pound bag and it took forever to use it. Now we use 100 plus pounds per day.

The Bakery / Cafe

In the Bakery we make all kinds of things. From simple white loaves to hot pepper bread. We make cookies, pies & cake ( our carrot cake rocks) just to name a few sweets and we're always adding. The baking is done everyday and all of our nonspeciality breads are made with no fat added. Those include,whole wheat, potato & oat, flax ( ground to absorb the omega 3), craked wheat, multi grain, marble & pumpernickle. All of our breads & baked goods a featured as we use them readily in our regular Cafe menu as well as the specials of the day

The Pub

Oh yeah you gotta check out the Pub....if you want to see a beautiful place, its the Pub. A great place for lunch or supper, just by yourself, with a few people, for group meetings, partiesor whatever the occasion. We've got great food, especially our burgers, steaks and fish & chips....We've got, Moosehead, St.Amboise Oatmeal Stout, Tuborg, Smithwicks, Guinness, Kilkenny , Carlsberg, McAuslan Cream & Apricot,Griffon Red, St Amboise Blonde and DuMinot Quebec brewed apple cider all on TAP....and if you want to watch the game we've got 4 big screens....keep in mind that we are a liceinced restaurant and a minimum food purchase is required.....we're also got a beautiful terrace overlooking the village....a great place to be any time of day
